Using IdeaSEO
Use an accurate email address, protect your credentials and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may audit only domains you are authorized to control. Do not evade verification, limits or permissions, disrupt the service, access another customer’s data or upload malicious content.
Access and results
Access depends on your workspace role and active package limits. Technical findings describe observed crawl responses and can be incomplete or change over time. They are not guarantees of search rankings, traffic or business results. Availability may be affected by maintenance, network failures and third-party services.
Packages and billing
The pricing page lists published package metadata. The web trial takes no payment and does not automatically renew as a paid subscription. Where a store subscription is offered, its purchase screen and applicable store terms determine price, taxes, billing interval and renewal. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you provide and authorize processing needed to operate the service. IdeaSEO branding, software and interface remain the rights of their respective owners. Do not misrepresent reports or use the service to infringe others’ rights.
Suspension, closure and contact
Access may be restricted for misuse, security concerns or expired entitlements. Account deletion is requested through the public deletion page and subject to ownership verification and relevant retention requirements. Store cancellation is separate. Contact support for questions or disputes. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
