What we process
IdeaSEO by Ideabat stores your name, email, password hash, language, account verification state and workspace membership. Authentication uses expiring sessions and single-use verification/reset tokens. We store project domains, ownership evidence, crawl URLs, page metadata, technical findings, team invitations, usage counters and report data to provide the service.
Support, purchases and security
Contact and deletion forms store the details you submit, request status and processing notes. Security rate limits use a hash derived from the request IP; administrative audit records include IP and user agent. If store purchases are enabled, transaction identifiers, product mappings, verification evidence and entitlement dates support access accounting. IdeaSEO does not collect card details on this website.
Services and sharing
Hosting/database infrastructure processes the service data. Transactional email uses the SMTP service configured by the operator. Apple or Google processes purchases made through its store under its own policies. Project data is visible to authorized workspace/project members and platform administrators as needed to operate and support the service. The current web application has no advertising or analytics tracker and no enabled external AI or SEO data provider.
Retention and your requests
Account and project records remain stored while the account is maintained; trial expiry does not delete them. Request access, correction or deletion through Contact or Account deletion. We verify ownership, review shared-workspace effects and remove or anonymize personal data where applicable. Records needed for security, disputes, financial obligations or backups may require separate retention; support explains what applies to your request. No automatic account-data retention deadline is currently promised.
